Hair loss is a horrible problem in people. Unless they want to be bald, people don't usually want all their hair to fall out. Why is there loss? Poor diet is one of the most common reasons why people are losing their hair. The structure of the hair makes it easy to stay healthy, but, only when the human has a good diet. Nutrients are needed to make hair healthy, and prevent loss.
The structure of a hair is simple. To keep it in place, it has roots that go into your head. On the outer layer, there is a cuticle. The cuticle protects the inner part of the hair and controls water content in hair fibers. The cortex, or middle layer, contains the hair color and the hair its special qualities, such as curls or elasticity. Finally there is the core of the hair, the medulla. It is also the thinnest layer. When loss is present, people's hair cuticles will be dry. The cuticle may be damaged when there is loss, so people must remember to protect their hair.
When people are not getting enough nutrients, their body must distribute the limited supply to the most vital parts of the body. The "list" includes the heart, lungs, etc. Hair, not being one of them, will not receive nutrients. Nutrition deficiencies, too much fast food, unbalanced diets, poverty all are reasons people are not getting enough food and nutrients and eventually leading to loss. When people are not getting enough nutrition, hair shed will increase. The hair shafts will also be damaged, and in doing so, will slow the re-growth.
There are some main nutrients people are missing that ultimately lead to hair loss. Protein is a nutrient that when not present, lead to loss. Protein builds muscle, and is needed in all of the cells in the human body. Hair, being one of them, is grown only when protein is available. Vitamins, including Vitamin A, B6, B12, C, are also some nutrients that are needed. These help lots of cells and it also helps hair not split or break.
Just remember, poor diet and hair loss are related. When people have poor diets, their hair will start to fall out. Not naturally, but because of nutrition deficiencies. Hair loss in humans happen because of poor diets, caused by reasons, including poverty or just because of too much fast food. There are key nutrients, including protein and vitamins, that when are not present, cause loss. Since nobody wants to be bald, I strongly advise you to eat healthy in order to prevent loss.
