The magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and selenium all contribute to a healthy responsive nervous system, that can assist your reaction time. Lots of people seem to overlook the importance of maintaining a healthy and responsive nervous system, however it could prevent disease such as, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.
These essential minerals also help build a solid immune system and at the same time "refresh" the immune system to make organs function more smoothly. There will be a change in your everyday life, you will feel as if you are more awake, have more energy and have much less colds. It is no wonder that this dish is almost as popular in Northern Europe in comparison to its place of its origins, which is in Texas and the New Mexico area since you need a tougher immune system to handle cold and harsh environments.
