People who have accepted diet food as their routine no longer have to carve for taste and delight because most of these recipes are amazingly delicious. In short, these foods have the power to fulfill the health desire as well as these quench the taste buds.
One of the most popular low-calorie vegetarian recipes is the Tomato Soup Recipe. The taste of tomatoes, the mingling of spices, and the perfect combination of vegetables make this soup truly delicious.
The ingredients required to make this soup are as follows:
• 1 large onion
• 4 large tomatoes
• 6 carrots
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/3 cup fresh basil
• 1/2 tsp sugar
• Black pepper powder
• 2-3 cups vegetable stock
Once you have gathered all the ingredients, start preparing the tasty soup following the instructions below:
• First melt the butter in the saucepan.
• Add finely chopped onions and carrots.
• Keep the pan on low flame till the carrot becomes soft or until you feel it is cooked.
• After carrots are cooked add finely sliced tomatoes.
• To that add basil, sugar, and a pinch of pepper.
• You can add more pepper to suit your taste and desire.
• Allow it to cook for about 10 to 15 minutes and then remove the mixture from heat.
• Blend the mixture until smooth and again re-heat.
• You can allow the mixture to cool down before blending.
