Easy, Low-Fat Thin Crust Personal Pizza

Mushroom, Onion Pizza

Ingredients

Flat Out low-fat wheat wraps

8 oz thinly sliced mushrooms

1 Onion thinly sliced

2-3 chopped garlic cloves

parmesan, grated

1/3 cup of mozzarella

Italian seasonings, sea salt, black pepper,

Non stick pan

olive oil

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees

Heat a bit of olive oil, saute chopped garlic until soft, then add sliced mushrooms and saute until soft. You may choose to skip the olive oil and just saute the garlic and mushrooms in water until soft to save the calories from the oil.,season with pepper and sea salt.

Heat 2-3 tablespoons of oil and saute onions until richly caramelized.Season with sea salt and pepper.

Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Place Flat-Out onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella onto Flat-Out, sprinkle with parmesan, top with mushrooms and carmelized onions, Then season with Italian seasoning and sprinkle with parmesan.

Bake on the lowest shelf in oven until the flat out is crisp and the cheese is melted.

Variation: Top with chopped figs and or chopped Calamata olives before baking.

Crab Meat Pizza

Flat-Out low fat Flatbread

Mozzarella Cheese

Parmesan

Imitation crab meat, flaked.

slices of pickled jalapeno pepper diced (determined amount according to taste)

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Spray baking sheet with cooking spray, Place Flat-Out flatbread onto cookie sheet. Sprinkle mozzarella over the flatbread, covering with a thin layer. Lightly sprinkle with parmesan. Cover with imitation crab. Sprinkle with a bit more mozzarella, sprinkle with diced jalapeno peppers. Bake on the bottom shelf of oven until cheese is melted and flat out bread is crispy.

Greek Pizza

Flat-Out low fat flatbread

feta cheese

Calamata olives

mozzarella

sun-dried tomatoes (soaked in warm water)

Tomato paste with a bit of sugar to taste

Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix tomato paste with a bit of sugar to taste.

I love pizza and these are delicious with a cracker-like thin crust. No guilt, just lots of flavor! Enjoy!
