Chai Spiced Tea:

This is a great evening drink to be enjoyed by everyone!

-black tea 
-milk 
-honey 
-ginger 
-cardamom 
-nutmeg 
-cinnamon 
-allspice

First off, boil some water and add the tea, then add all ingredients and mix for about 5 minutes under low heat. Strain and enjoy!

Citrus Mint Crush:

This drink a great refreshing drink on hot days; it is low in calories and tastes great!

-Cold Water 
-Mint Leaves 
-Sugar 
-Orage Zest 
-Orage Juice 
-Lemon Juice 
-Lemon flavoured spakling water. 
-Crushed Ice.

Mix wate with sugar until completely dissolved, then chop the mints into the water and mix with other ingredients. Refrigerate for a while, then use a strainer to get the mints out and enjoy!

-Orange Juice 
-Nonfat vanilla yogurt 
-Ripe Bananas 
-Berries; strawberries, raspberries, and or blackberries.

Blend everything for few minutes, add some ice if you'd like and enjoy!

Green tea is probably one of the healthiest drinks you can have; it promotes burning fat, lowering cholesterol, lowering blood pressure, and it tastes great!

It is usually served hot with sugar at coffee shops, but do not be afraid to drop the sugar or drink it cold with ice.
